当科の塚越 真梨子 先生が発表した研究論文「Lower Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index and Prognostic Nutritional Index Predict Postoperative Prognosis in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma」が、国際学術誌 Nutrients (IF：5.8)の2026年第3四半期（Q3）Editor's Choice Articleに選出されました 。
本研究では、肝細胞癌に対する肝切除患者において、術前の栄養指標であるGeriatric Nutritional Risk Index（GNRI）およびPrognostic Nutritional Index（PNI）が術後予後の予測に有用であることを示しました。
